1. Conditions for concluding an accommodation contract, which usually replaces a written confirmation or email correspondence

1.1 The accommodation of guests at the Wellness Hotel Svornost Harrachov, s.r.o. is carried out on the basis of an accommodation contract concluded in accordance with the provisions of Section 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, on the basis of which Wellness Hotel Svornost Harrachov, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "accommodator") provides the accommodated person with temporary accommodation for an agreed period or for a period resulting from the purpose of the accommodation in the facility designated for that purpose and the accommodated person (hereinafter also referred to as the "guest") undertakes to pay the accommodator for the accommodation and for the services associated with it within the period specified in these accommodation regulations (hereinafter also referred to as the "contract"). The accommodation contract is usually replaced by a written confirmation or email correspondence with the sales department or the hotel reception.

1.2 The rights and obligations of the contracting parties not expressly regulated by the accommodation contract or written confirmation or email correspondence are regulated by these accommodation rules, the general terms and conditions of the accommodation provider and the price list of the accommodation provider's services. If the accommodation contract or written confirmation or email correspondence stipulates something different from these accommodation rules, the general terms and conditions of the accommodation provider and/or the price list of the accommodation provider, the accommodation contract or written confirmation or email correspondence shall apply.

1.3 If the guest fails to comply with the obligations arising from the accommodation contract, written confirmation or email correspondence or otherwise violates good morals in the hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "misconduct"), the accommodation provider is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract or written confirmation or email correspondence before the expiry of the agreed period, even without a notice period, if the guest was notified of his/her misconduct by the hotel in accordance with the procedure provided for in Section 2331 of the Civil Code.

2. Arrival at the hotel

2.1 The guest shall report his/her arrival to the hotel reception to an authorized employee.

2.2 At the reception, the guest shall present his/her identity card, or passport or other document of identity (e.g. residence permit), according to which the authorized employee of the accommodation provider will verify the guest's identity. The data from the document is copied into the hotel system. The guest confirms the accuracy of his personal data and the duration of his stay by signing the accommodation form, which is printed out for the guest.

2.3 Accommodation of arriving guests takes place from 2:00 p.m.

2.4 The authorized reception employee will inform the guest with basic information about the hotel, no later than the day of the guest's arrival at the accommodation. The accommodation rules are available in printed form at the hotel reception, in digital form on the hotel website.

2.5 Payment for accommodation or an additional payment for accommodation is required to be paid by the hotel reception upon the guest's arrival. The guest can choose to pay this in cash in CZK or EUR or by credit card.

2.6 The number of people in the room corresponds to the number of people registered for accommodation. The guest undertakes to notify their exact number upon check-in. Furthermore, the guest must notify the date of stay and, if applicable, the number of pets that will be accommodated in the room with the guest.

2.7 The period of accommodation is agreed upon at the latest when the guest is accommodated and is recorded in the hotel system. The period of accommodation may only be extended with the consent of the accommodation provider and must be extended by entering it in the accommodation form printed out again from the hotel system.

2.8 The guest hereby grants the accommodation provider consent to the processing and storage of his/her personal data, to the extent of the data provided, for the purpose of providing accommodation and registering guests within the meaning of Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees and Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain laws. More detailed obligations of the guest and the accommodation provider regarding the maintenance of the registration book, or house book, are set out in the above-mentioned legal regulations.

3. General rules of accommodation

3.1 The guest has the right to use the space reserved for him for accommodation, as well as the common spaces of the accommodation provider and to use the services associated with accommodation.


3.1 The guest has the right to use the space reserved for his accommodation, as well as the common areas of the accommodation provider and to use the services related to the accommodation.

3.2 Upon arrival at the accommodation, the guest will receive a key to the room, a key to the ski/bicycle storage room and a key to the room safe. He will also receive a magnetic card for exiting the parking lot if he parks in the hotel parking lot, for stays of two or more nights. The guest is obliged to prevent the loss, destruction, damage of these keys or magnetic cards, as well as the disclosure of the keys/magnetic cards to third parties who are not a direct party to the relevant accommodation contract, by written confirmation or email correspondence agreed between the guest and the accommodation provider. Possible penalties for loss, destruction, damage and disclosure of keys according to the previous sentence are as follows:
- loss / damage of hotel room key: 2,000 CZK
- loss / damage of ski / bike storage key: 600 CZK
- loss / damage of safe key: 600 CZK
- loss / damage of magnetic parking card: 300 CZK

4. The guest is obliged to:

• familiarize themselves with the accommodation rules and comply with them;
• pay the price for accommodation according to the concluded accommodation contract, or by written confirmation or email correspondence;
• pay the price of services used, consumption or purchased goods during their stay
• properly use the premises intended for accommodation, maintain order and cleanliness in all premises intended for accommodation;
• ensure cleanliness in the premises intended for accommodation;
• protect the equipment and facilities in the premises intended for accommodation against damage;
• immediately report any damage or loss caused by the guest or persons accommodated with him/her on the premises of the accommodation provider;
• between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. behave in a way that does not disturb other people with excessive noise, observe the hotel's quiet and night regime;
• when leaving the room, close the water taps in the room, turn off the lights, turn off electrical appliances that are not being used during the guest's absence, and close the windows;
• before leaving the room, disconnect electrical appliances and other electrical devices from the electrical network (from the electrical outlet);
• disconnect electrical appliances and other electrical devices from the electrical network (from the electrical outlet) immediately after the end of active use of these appliances and devices or their charging;
• use electrical appliances or other electronic devices or charge them only in the presence of the guest; (electrical appliances and other electrical devices within the meaning of these regulations are considered to be, in particular, but not exclusively, chargers for consumer electronics (telephones, tablets, PCs, rechargeable batteries - for electric bicycles, scooters, drones, flashlights), while all electrical appliances and other electrical devices brought in by the guest and connected to the accommodation provider's electrical network must not be damaged and must be marked with the CE (CONFORMITY EUROPE) conformity mark and be marked with the following information: a) nominal voltage or its range, b) nominal power or current, c) name or trademark of the manufacturer or responsible seller, d) information about the model or type, e) class of protection against electric shock, f) IP XX appliance coverage, g) nominal current of the upstream fuse, h) information about the environment for which the appliance is intended.
• When leaving the accommodation facility, hand over the room key to the reception desk

5. The guest may not, without the consent of the accommodation provider:

• make significant changes to the accommodation premises (move furniture, relocate equipment, etc.);
• remove any equipment and facilities from the accommodation premises;
• use their own appliances in the accommodation premises, except for small appliances used by the guest for personal hygiene and office work;
• leave the accommodation premises to another person;
• receive visitors in the accommodation premises; visits must be properly recorded in the guest book and are only possible between 7:00 and 22:00 with the consent of the accommodation provider; Guests may only receive visitors in the common areas of the accommodation provider;
• state the address of the house with the premises intended for accommodation as their place of business;
• place animals in the accommodation provider's premises. The owner of the animal is obliged to prove the animal's good condition by presenting a valid vaccination certificate upon request by the accommodation provider's staff.

6. Furthermore, in the accommodation facilities, the guest may not:

• carry weapons, ammunition and explosives or otherwise store them in a condition that allows for their immediate use;
• possess, produce or store narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons, unless they are medicines prescribed to the guest by a doctor;
• smoke; this does not apply to areas reserved for smoking and visibly marked with the appropriate symbol;
• use an open fire.

7. Liability of the accommodation provider for the guest's belongings

7.1 The guest uses a safe located in each room to store valuables. The key to this safe can be collected at the hotel reception. Use of the safe is free of charge.

7.2 A request for compensation for damage caused to the guest's belongings can only be reported within 15 days of discovering the damage. Damage will not be paid if the guest himself or a person accompanying him caused the damage.

7.3 If the guest leaves his belongings in the room after the end of the stay and the accommodation has not been paid for, the accommodation provider will remove the guest's belongings from the room and store them in a safe place to prevent damage. After the accommodation debt has been paid, the accommodation provider will return the stored belongings to the guest.

8. Safety, guest liability for damage caused

8.1 The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the safety rules and the evacuation plan in case of fire. This plan can be found in each hotel room and can be viewed by the relevant employee at the reception.

8.2 The guest shall act in such a way as to avoid unreasonable harm to the freedom, life, health or property of others.

8.3 A guest who uses his own appliances or other electrical equipment in the room or in another area of ​​the accommodation provider is liable for damage caused by these appliances and equipment.

8.4 If the guest causes damage to the accommodation provider's property through his actions, the damage incurred will be covered from the deposit made in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 4.5 of the accommodation rules. If the damage incurred is higher than the deposit, the guest is obliged to pay the difference to the accommodation provider.

9. Departure from the hotel

9.1 The guest is obliged to leave the room where he is accommodated by 10:00.

9.2 The guest locks the room and leaves the keys at the accommodation provider's reception, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Information on the handling of personal data

10.1 The accommodation provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation.
10.2 For the purpose of the accommodation contract and related matters, the following personal data/categories of personal data are processed: Name and surname, date of birth, citizenship, travel document number, or visa, permanent residence.
10.3 The accommodation provider will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and further through processors authorized by the accommodation provider on the basis of personal data processing contracts.
10.4 The list of entities/categories of recipients to whom personal guest data may be made available is based on the legal standards to which the accommodation provider adheres.
10.5 The accommodation provider will process personal data for a period of 6 years, or for the period required by the relevant applicable legal regulations (e.g. Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic).
10.4 The guest has the right to access his/her personal data processed by the accommodation provider, to have them corrected or deleted, or to have processing restricted, and to object to processing.
10.5 The guest also has the right to obtain from the accommodation provider personal data concerning the guest and which the data subject has provided to the accommodation provider. The accommodation provider shall, upon request of the guest, provide the data subject with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, upon request of the guest, provide it to another clearly identified controller. This right shall not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
10.6 If the guest believes that his/her personal data is being processed unlawfully, he/she may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).

These Accommodation Regulations entered into force and effect on 01.01. 2025.
