Tourist base Orle

Explore the history and beauty of the Jizera Mountains at the Orle tourist base. This building, built of hewn stone around 1860, originally served as the administration building of the Carlsthal glass works. Today, the base is a popular tourist destination and offers several unique attractions, including the Astrotezka - a model of the solar system, and the world-famous exhibition of glass paperweights, the only one of its kind in Poland.

Prudký rujej waterfall

This beautiful and often neglected waterfall is located on a tributary of the Jizera, just 250 meters from the road from Rokytnice nad Jizerou to Harrachov. After a short walk along the forest path, you will discover one of the most beautiful waterfalls of the Krkonoše Mountains, which is accessible all year round. The Prudké ručeje waterfall flows even during the summer and is one of the real jewels of this area.
